Florida Sports Performance Institute

Signing up for Spring\ONE is a simple, straightforward process.  The first step is to complete the Consultation Form which establishes a contact between your team representative with a member of the Institute's staff.  Once contacted, each team will be will be enrolled to the team's interests and requirements.  Team registrations are accepted on a "rolling" basis.

ONLINE REGISTRATION AND SCHEDULING SYSTEM
All teams must register through our online registration and scheduling system.  Teams will need to enter a username and password to begin the application process. Returning teams may use the same username and password selected in the previous year which will include some information from past application, i.e. contact information and roster. (Each team will need to have a separate ID and Password).  Accepted teams will be able to access this system throughout the process.

In order to register for spring\ONE's lacrosse spring training program, each team must do the following:

1. Contact Spring\ONE's Travel Department to determine accommodations, travel, and practice preferences and tuition costs.  Click here to contact our Travel Department;
2. Log on to the Registration site and apply for the session you are interested in attending.  Click here to go to the Registration website;
3. Once accepted, input roster online (this is required as each player must complete and electronically sign an online waiver);
4. Review and confirm practice schedule;

TEAM ENTRY FEES AND DEADLINES

• $000 received April 16th-October 15, 2010 (Apply early and save!)
• $000 received October 16 - December 15, 2010

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event a team must cancel their visit to Spring\ONE's Spring Training, please use the following criteria:

1. Notification must be made in writing by November 1, 2009, in order for you to receive a full refund of the entry fee.
2. Any cancellation after November 1, 2009 will result in no monetary refund.
